Welcome to Bougain Valley, a serene homestay nestled within 2 acres of untouched wilderness near Kaziranga National Park. This peaceful retreat is the heartful creation of Mr. Rahman an award-winning wildlife photographer, conservationist, and filmmaker. With accolades such as Photographer of the Year (Wildlife) in 2012 and recognition from BBC and National Geographic, Mr. Rahman’s life work has centered around capturing and preserving India’s rarest wildlife especially the rhinos and tigers of Assam. His deep love for nature is reflected in every corner of Bougain Valley from the hand-planted trees and blooming flowers to the calm, eco-conscious atmosphere. More than just a homestay, Bougain Valley is a living sanctuary, where you can slow down, reconnect with the Earth, and experience the warmth of true hospitality led by a host who treats every guest like family.

Staying at Bougain Valley was a truly memorable experience for us. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were at home. We were on a vacation at Kaziranga Bougain Valley. Stay there for 3 nights. Loved the place- it’s a nature hideaway with lots of trees & plants. Cozy rooms . Silent, birds singing all around. Excellent place, best service, beautiful atmosphere, clean & comfortable rooms, In the middle of nature 😊. And very tasty foods. Highly recommended.
